The space has been thoughtfully designed to meet the client’s specific needs, balancing both functionality and ambiance. The client envisioned a home office that offers privacy while still maintaining an inviting and accessible feel from the outside. This dual-purpose office serves as a professional setting for coaching sessions, providing a comfortable and confidential atmosphere for clients. At the same time, it seamlessly accommodates administrative tasks, ensuring an efficient and organized workspace. The result is a harmonious environment that fosters focus and professionalism while maintaining a welcoming and approachable character.
Our approach
Initial Visit & Interview
The client wanted a comfortable home office where she can work as a coach with her clients as well as carry out her administrative tasks.
The office, therefore, serves a dual purpose.
As a start, we presented the client with different color schemes to get a sense of her color preferences.
Mood board
After she selected a color scheme, we created a mood board followed by an atmospheric impression to double-check if it aligned with what she was looking for.
Floorplan
Our process proceeds with a detailed 2D design, providing a clear layout and structure.
3D impression
The initial 2D concept is later transformed into 3D impressions, allowing the client to visualize the space realistically. This step-by-step approach ensures a well-thought-out design that aligns with the client’s vision and expectations.

Final Adjustments
After presenting the material board and furniture plan, the client expressed a desire to integrate some of her existing furniture into the design.
Based on evolving insights she decides she needed a larger desk with chairs for visitors, which led her to forgo the proposed sofa to make room for this adjustment. And finally she requested a different wallpaper than the one originally proposed. Together, we explored alternatives that complemented the design while being less prominent.
The client chose a beautiful organic pattern from ARTE wallpaper: Manila Spiral.

The final result is a beautiful mix of her own furniture and carefully selected new pieces, creating a unique sense of identity and a fresh, cosy design.
