Design fees are determined based on:

Rather than working with a fixed price per square metre, my fees are based on the scope and complexity of each project. A smaller home can require detailed thinking and bespoke solutions, while a larger property may be more straightforward.
This approach protects the quality of the work and ensures clarity on both sides.
Implementation Support (Optional)
For clients who want support beyond the design phase, I offer ongoing involvement during the realisation, ensuring the design translates with integrity into the built space.
This may include coordination with local suppliers, on-site or remote decision support, material and finish reviews, and guidance on final selections.
The level of involvement is defined in advance and tailored to the project.
